The Client is a leading Real Estate Firm in India. There are around 2500 associated members from all over India.

Business Requirements

To design the existing website of client with all the updations in it which included demonstration of their property, upload brochures, display their event images in an image gallery, add various property locations on Google map.
Launch the new website of client within the time frame of just 45 working days.
Designing of Website which included front end of the website as well as designing and implementation of a Property portal.
Coordinate with all the associated members of firm to get the required property details from them and upload all of them on a property portal.

Solution Implementation

We decided to develop the site in open source platform which helps in faster development of any website. We chose Joomla as we have good expertise over Joomla.
We started up with the development of layout with the help of the mock up designed by our expert designers.
Once layout got approval from the Client we divided the development of the website in two phases:
Website Front end development and
Property portal designing as well as its implementation.
We requested client’s staff to collect all the member properties data. We got excellent support from client’s staff members.
Finally we launch site with property portal before a week of Property Show. Also we got contract of Social marketing for Property Show and Property Portal.
